Defiantly a Journey
In some ways it feels like just last week I posted something and in reality its been over a year. This past week has been super hard. I feel like I have learned life just in a week. I lost a dear friend from southern. Tearing me from what I held dear. Its like what made my past has fallen apart. I have lost several people in my short life. I can just imagine what its like to lose everybody close. Tomorrow is my 24th birthday. When i was 18 I never thought I would ever get so "old" lol oh how we think when young. I can say it has been a very undesirable week. Even my birthday will just be another day. But is it just another day? Every day is a gift. Every hour that passes is somehing given, its special. Given by God.

Life
You know how people say that they do not believe that where they are now is where they were going last year at this time. Its so true. I had plans on where I wanted to be this year and what I had left to accomplish, but I never imagined that where I am is where I would be a year ago. Its scary yet worth while. God has a reason to everything that happens and that will happen. Sometimes we don't know what that reason is, and maybe never will. One thing I will say...Just NEVER take your will from His hands...that is never the way to go about it. I have done this so many times that I don't think I have learned that lesson yet. lol I have a lot to learn. That's why Life is a Journey...and its definitely a learning curve. Not something you learn in one day...God doesn't want a perfect you here on earth. That would defeat His purpose for having us here. So don't forget that when you fall short of the glory of God.

Thoughts

Sometimes I wonder why I am here and what is my reason in this world. Why do we go through all these difficulties and troubles...I didn't choose to be where I am. God put me here for a reason. I was thinking after a long day and I came to the conclusion that: When people are angry they only see what made them angry, when people are in love they only see the good the other person does, and when we are in the presence of God we are surrounded by Him and only see Him. So when the trials come surround yourself in God and loose yourself in His love. For His love is healing and guiding for those that are open to Him. Keep your hearts open for the love of God and His guiding presence. You can never regret this decision in your life. Keep strong Friends, for God knows what you are going through and the trials that are ahead of you. <3

See there...I told you so ;)

Yup as I thought I went and got busy when I wanted to blog more...haha I hope everybody's summer is going well...mine will be cut short but I'm enjoying all the same. So while I have the time I will talk about some favorite cultures of mine first one is Korea. During the Cold War in 1948 resulted in the establishment of a North and South Korea. In June of 1950 North Korea invaded South Korea and began the Korean war until 1953 which ended in an Armistice Agreement at the Military Demarcation line. Korea had a rich history and a language that is one of the easier Asian languages to learn. They have varied foods and is widely known for their Kimchi and a growing Tv and music entertainment revenues. Random fact: Takewando is the national sport of Korea and became and official Olympic sport in 2000. I love South Korea's dramas and movies, I have yet to find a culture with such good movies that bring out the feelings and thoughts of people. There is so much about Korea I can't even fit on this blog :P This is just an understatement. Anyway, I hope everybody is doing well and continue to have a good summer! God bless and don't stress! :D
